Greetings.
I am fairly new to the FM series. I was wondering what happened to the fair play system? It seems in my first season, my players and opponents would return the ball to the rightful side after respecting an injured player. Now in this second season, if you kick the ball out of bounds, all teams have adopted the "Tough on you!" attitude, and will keep the ball. Any input on this is much appreciated.
Regards.

I've noticed this a few times, not in specific seasons but just random games. I don't know how it works but it annoys me so much. We were 2-1 down going into the last few minutes against someone, my defender went down on the half way line and we kicked it out. That angered me enough, but then they didn't even give us the ball back!
Very frustrating, although I guess it happens occasionally in "fiery" matches in real life.
Welcome, btw.

Ha, I've not gone to those extremes.... yet!
Who are you managing? It'd be so frustrating if these points were costing you points that will affect a title push or relegation fight. Thankfully I've been in midtable battles for the past few seasons so it's not affected me that bad.

At the moment I am managing Zaragoza in La Liga. I've actually just begun the 3rd season. 1st season I was really learning all the nuances of managing and the game itself. We placed towards the lower half of tthe table. 2nd season we came in 3rd, but in all fairness I reloaded a fair amount of times out of frustration. We just kicked off the 3rd season and are doing well. This time I am vowing to play straight through, good or bad.
