The only team to beat me this season is AC Milan with their 'Christmas Tree' formation. Is the way to beat this a counter attack, or are there any other suggestions?

I was talking about this to someone the other day, could've been Dan? I forget who, but Arsenal play that too, dominates midfield. They had something like:
How the fuck do you stop that? Can't attack through the middle as they just eat you for breakfast, can't go wide either, it just doesn't work. Really annoys me, I tried the 4-6-0 formation but still didn't help \o/. It is the ultimate formation though, I just can't seem to get it to work at all.
Fabregas - Camacho - Sissoko
Gourcuff - Arshavin

Well I'm trying this xmas tree formation for myself now, having a shocking start in the Prem, sitting 9th with Chelsea after 8 games, Arsenal dicked me 4-0 playing 4-4-2 ;|.
Not too sure how to go about it though, I currently have:
I dominate possesion, plus I had 24 shots to Fulhams 2 when I lost 1-0, so I'm not overly dissapointed really apart from the Arsenal result. Guess i'm going to have to continually tweak.
Not too sure how to go about it though, I currently have:
Veloso (defensive) Lampard (attacking) Essien (neutral)
Diego (attacking) Buonanotte (v. attacking)
Drogba

Any news on how it's going John? I'm seriously considering testing it out with this set up:
---------------------------Keirrison----------------------------
--------Belluchi------------------------------Marquinhos------
Camacho-----------------Bocaly---------------Lustenberger
That is a fearsome lineup in my opinion, Lustenberger is the Swiss equivalent of Camacho, better I think, so check him out if you havent already. So three top class DM's at the back, two brilliant AMCs and the best of the best up front.Opinions?
