Basically today the government announced it is going to ditch the ASBO and introduce new and more harsh methods of dealing with trouble makers. Personally, this is one policy I supported with the Conservatives. I feel behaviour and respect levels in Britain have fallen to an all time low and it's time persistent offenders were dealt with rather than being given constant finger waggings.

I'm looking forward to the shit heads getting their come uppance... but will it actually make that much of a difference?

I know this has probably been answered before but hoped that since then a patch might have been made available. Is it possible to select to manage an under 21s national team at the start of the game? I really want to manage the home nations' under 21s sides but not sure if it's possible.

This is incredible. It must be really weird for the family of the donor seeing his face on someone else and it does look a bit freaky but I am pleased for the guy because it sounds like it's made a world of difference to his quality of life.
